Shipping Timelines

United States: After an order has been placed you will receive an email or text confirmation that it was received by our warehouse. Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing. Once processed you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details and an estimated delivery date that can range from 2-4 business days.   

Canada: After an order has been placed you will receive an email or text confirmation that it was received by our warehouse. Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing. Once processed you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details and an estimated delivery date that can range from 2-8 business days.   

International: After an order has been placed you will receive an email or text confirmation that it was received by our warehouse. Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing. Once processed you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details and an estimated delivery date that can range from 4-10 business days. 

Shipping Rates

United States: For US orders we offer free shipping on orders over $40 USD. For all other purchases we charge a flat rate of $7 USD.

Canada: For Canadian orders we offer free shipping on orders over $50 CAD. For all other purchases we charge a flat rate of $10 CAD.

International: For Canadian orders we offer free shipping on orders over $40 USD. For all other purchases we charge a flat rate of $10 USD.

Couriers

United States: For US orders we will ship your package with USPS.

Canada: For Canadian orders we will ship your package with Canada Post.

 

PO Box Shipping

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPD addresses.

Returns

Product Guarantee / Return Policy 

We feel if you give our products a try, you will love them. We formulated our products with the belief that they will work for every guy. We are so confident in this belief that if you don't like a Bruvy product for any reason, you can get a full refund within 60 days of your purchase without even returning the product to us! 

Just email us at hi@bruvy.com with your Order # and the product you'd like a refund for. This is limited to first time buyers of a particular product to avoid anyone taking advantage of our policy.

Received a Damage Product

If your product was damaged in the mail please send us an email at hi@bruvy.com with a picture of the damaged product and your order #. If the damage impacts your experience using our products, we will be happy to send you replacement products.

Order Changes

Our system is designed to get your order processed, packed, and shipped out to you as quickly as possible. If you change your mind about your order, please email us at hi@bruvy.com with the information below and we will do our best to cancel or change the order before it gets sent out.
